A popular retail chain wanted a short course on ‘security awareness’ for new hires in their stores, warehouse and corporate office.
The course needed to be up and running within eight weeks and be fully compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0).
Benchmark facilitated an initial design meeting with client subject matter experts to identify priority security concerns and created a series of related scenarios representing the three different learner groups. We then wrote a storyboard and built a prototype for the course. We worked closely with the client team to finalize the storyboard, then built the course in a program called Evolve.
Our client appreciated how relatable the scenarios were, our attention to detail and how we were able to stay within the budget and tight timeline.
