About the Program: Leadership Unplugged

The award-winning program, Leadership Unplugged: Mobile Learning for Modern Leaders, was designed to meet leaders where they are—on the go, in the field, or between meetings. The program featured:

• 10–12 minute podcasts with WSP leaders sharing authentic stories and lessons learned.

This mobile-first approach was created in direct response to WSP leaders’ feedback: they wanted practical, peer-driven learning that felt relevant and accessible in their busy, hybrid work environments.

Measurable Results

The program has seen outstanding engagement and impact:

• 97% completion rates across podcasts and challenges.

• 87.5% of participants reported they were clear on how to apply what they learned on the job.

• 100% of participants said they would recommend the program to colleagues
