One weekend in March, as concerns about COVID-19 escalated, we received an email from a client VP, asking if we had a course on ‘managing people working from home’. Our response was “We’ll create one!”
Hours later, we sent the VP ‘10 Tips for Managing Teleworkers’, based on our own managerial experience plus years of designing management training, combined with a quick search online.
While our client reviewed the content, we built it out in Articulate Rise.
Early the next day, our client sent minor changes to the content along with their brand standards and, an hour or so later, we sent back the finished Rise site.
Our client had it up on their LMS within hours of the initial email and we hear it’s getting rave reviews!
