In 2018, the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and Benchmark partnered to create a FINTRAC Obligations course as part of the required continuing education for all registrants in Ontario.
We wanted to make the learning meaningful, motivational and memorable, so we designed an interactive, scenario-based module, with application-level questions. We followed an engage-check-present approach that builds on registrants’ knowledge and experience in FINTRAC obligations.
RECO and Benchmark received a coveted Brandon Hall Group bronze award for excellence in the Best Advance in Learning Management Technology for Compliance Training category.
