For two years we partnered with our client to plan and implement a change management and communication strategy, design the new process, create performance development tools, and design an effective learning program to support the global initiative.
With multiple phases and numerous projects, Benchmark delivered more than 50 learning and other assets, including in-person and virtual sessions, eclassroom, guides, quick references and checklists.
The global performance development program was implemented in dozens of countries around the world. With materials created by Benchmark, the initiative was championed by national partners, led by regional L&D teams, managed and supported by local offices and managers, and driven by employees.
