I lead our partnership with several clients, including transportation/logistics, professional associations, service organizations, and airport authorities and contractors. We currently partner with YEG, YOW, and YYZ to deliver results that matter.

 

With 25 years of experience in learning and skill development, I continue to focus on helping people succeed in their roles.

 

Our solutions are relevant to our specific client and their background context. We might assess current and future state, offer grounded recommendations, or develop creative learning experiences (all media/learning methods), and supporting tools. Examples include video, online learning, OJT structures and guides, facilitated workshops,  process documentation, reference guides, coaching guides, and more). Since solutions are tailored to the client and created in partnership with stakeholders, we can integrate business objectives, processes, and safety – all while helping our clients avoid obsolescence to gain longevity out of the solutions. 

 

You’ll most often find me working with stakeholders and senior leaders, conducting needs analysis, consulting, and enjoying solution design or ideation. My favourite work is leading our team to deliver clear, polished solutions.

 

I hold a BA, a BEd, and designations including CTDP and PMP — but the real credibility comes when our work builds strong partnerships and delivers on-target results.
