STACEY BOORMAN Stacey has been working with Benchmark Performance since 2003. Stacey has a love of learning new skills and it is demonstrated in her enthusiasm toward clients, learners and in the quality of her work. Her flexibility and adaptability allow her meet demands of any project. As a Benchmark associate, Stacey has enjoyed the variety of roles she has been able to assume: office manager, developer, instructional designer and project manager. Like a number of her Benchmark colleagues, Stacey is a McMaster graduate. Before making the move to a career in performance consulting and training, Stacey worked as a recruiter and internal trainer for a Toronto firm. While she has studied Adult Education at OISE/UT and has completed a number of courses with Langevin Learning Services, Stacey is most grateful for the privilege of continuous on-the-job learning from the 'best of the best' consultants at Benchmark. Stacey and her husband are enjoying the challenges of homeownership. They recently purchased their first house in the Upper Beach, an area that is perfect for running and biking their way to a 4-time Triathlon couples title. |
