LOUISE GRUMMITT Louise has been a performance consultant and instructional designer for over 25 years, and joined Benchmark Performance in 1997. Louise combines her years of experience with a love of learning and exemplary management skills to provide exceptional service to her clients. Louise has a masters in education from the University of Toronto, and has taught instructional design there since 1996. She now co-facilitates the Instructional Design module at OISE/UT Certificate in Adult Training and Development with her Benchmark colleague Steve Blane. A long-time member of the Canadian Society for Training and Development, Louise has been active in developing the professional accreditation process, and assesses the skill development component for CSTD professional certification. Louise lives with her husband near the Scarborough Bluffs, and makes frequent visits to her daughter in Halifax. Her favourite place to be is Georgian Bay, where she has been known to lead canoe trips through the rapids of the French River estuary in voyageur canoes. |
