LISA GAUM-LEVITT After 10 years in people and program leadership positions at RBC and the University of Toronto, Lisa was looking for an opportunity to culminate her skills as a project manager, adult educator, instructional designer and performance consultant. In 2008 she joined the Benchmark team as an associate, installing pedagogy and creativity into learning solutions that help organizations drive employee performance results. Lisa has a masters in adult education, specializing in Workplace Learning and Change, from OISE/UofT and a Bachelor of Psychology (Vocational Rehabilitation) from York University. She is a regular speaker at the OISE/UT Certificate in Adult Training and Development program. When not busy at Benchmark, Lisa also holds the position of CEO to a small company...the Levitt family. She and her VP of Strategic Planning (her husband), regularly look for opportunities to increase employee performance. Current projects include teaching their toddler sons to say please and hang up their coats. She is pleased to report that a level 4 evaluation of the training program has shown a 100% return on investment. |
