JO-ANNE HECHT Jo-Anne has been associated with Benchmark Performance since 2006. In her role as project manager and instructional designer, Jo-Anne has established a reputation for working closely with her clients and partnering to provide learning solutions that exceed expectations. Jo-Anne earned a bachelor of commerce from Concordia University before embarking on a career in the hospitality industry. Working in operations management for various hotel chains including Fairmont and Delta, Jo-Anne had the opportunity to work and live in Ottawa, Vancouver, Niagara Falls and Bermuda before settling in Toronto. She made a smooth transition from hotel operations to hospitality training and instructional design while completing a specialized MBA in Hospitality & Tourism from the University of Guelph. Most recently, she completed her Certificate in Hospitality and Service Training. Jo-Anne is an active member of the Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Having grown up in Montreal, Jo-Anne is a diehard Canadiens fan and every spring believes that they will be the team to bring the Stanley Cup back to Canada. Jo-Anne has always had a traveling bug and counts Iceland, New Zealand and Australia as top picks for hiking and all things outdoors. |
