ESTHER BERGMAN Esther joined Benchmark Performance as an associate after 9 years of independent training and performance consulting. Esther has a passion for helping people develop confidence in their workplace. She draws upon her strengths in analysis, instructional design and project management, while keeping an eye sharply focused on organizational goals and the client experience. Esther maintains client relationships by delivering excellent, impactful work, and measures her success in her ability to generate repeat customers. In addition to her project work, Esther leads and co-facilitates Benchmark Performance's Client Experience Roundtable, a semi-annual event enabling organizations to come together to discuss strategies and best practices for improving the client experience. Esther earned both her B.A. and B.Ed from the University of Toronto and was one of the first instructional designers for e-learning in the city of Toronto. She is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement, the e-Learning Guild, and the Project Management Institute. Born in Calgary and raised in Edmonton, Esther enjoys healthy rivalry and the motivation brought on by competition. She constantly challenges herself to do her best for others. |
