DANIELLE MCCAY Danielle's relationship with Benchmark began in 1999 as a client. After leaving the corporate world in 2005, she partnered as a consultant with Benchmark on a large blended learning project, and in 2006 became an associate. Since then, she has contributed to Benchmark's service offering through her creativity, commitment to clients and action-oriented approach to helping organizations achieve results through employee performance. Danielle's quick grasp of organization goals, and the ability to stand in the shoes of a learner, result in innovative solutions that are applauded by clients, justify the learning investment and enable employees to do their jobs effectively. Danielle has an M.I.R from Queen's University and a bachelor of commerce from McGill University. As a bilingual performance consultant, instructional designer and facilitator, she has worked with organizations in Canada, the U.S. and France. Danielle has taught at Sheridan Institute and is a speaker at CSTD and Federated Press learning events. Danielle is a 'Soccer Mom' (without the minivan) living in Oakville with her husband and two children. She starts most days shooting hoops with her kids, and loves to travel, ski, and paint. |
