DAINA DUNLOP Daina has been working with Benchmark since 2004. She is a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a unique ability to understand stakeholder issues/goals and learner requirements, and can design and deliver solutions that meet the needs of both. In her capacity as a performance consultant and instructional designer, she has developed special expertise in the areas of performance and needs analysis, e-learning design, and competency identification and development. Daina's experience in performance improvement and training design is complemented by over 15 years experience as a marketing and advertising professional during which she developed strong strategic thinking, product positioning, writing and presentation skills. She holds a B.A. from the University of Manitoba. Daina is a voracious reader and an avid runner and skier. She loves the outdoors, entertaining and helping people create what's important to them. |
