ANDREA CARPINO Andrea joined Benchmark Performance as an associate in 2007. She has supported the team on the design and development of a number of blended training programs, employee workshops and a learning conference. Andrea delights her clients with a no-nonsense approach to project management, excellent organization skills, and attention to detail. Prior to her engagement with Benchmark, Andrea held HR and Operational roles in customer-driven, fast paced and competitive industries. She has led a number of initiatives in customer service, operations, health & safety and systems training, and has experience in performance management. Andrea holds a B.Comm. from St. Mary's University and is currently working on the HR Certification and CHRP designation through Sheridan Institute. Andrea lives in Milton with her husband and two children. When she's not working or shuttling her kids around, Andrea plays soccer, volunteers at her kids' school and enjoys organizing and improving 'efficiencies' in her home operations. |
