Facility Design

Organizations with large employee populations and complex skill requirements often consider having their own training facility. This may be a brand new centre or it may be a replacement for one or more existing facilities. A company facility, residential or non-residential, can be designed to complement the organization's training strategy and corporate culture.

Benchmark has been the training consultant on the design team for training facility projects ranging from one or two rooms in an existing centre to multi-million dollar residential complexes.

  Sample projects include:

  • designing a $6 million technical and management training centre for a natural gas distribution company
  • research and design assistance in the development of a $50 million learning institute for a major Canadian bank
