Evaluation


We work with clients to conduct objective evaluation of training results at four levels: confidence, skills, application and return on investment.

We ensure evaluation is based on business needs and program objectives. We design an evaluation process, then develop and conduct surveys, focus groups and interviews to gather both quantitative and qualitative information. We analyze results, separating the impact of training from other influences in the work environment. And we produce clear, concise reports with realistic recommendations.

  • designing an evaluation process for an eleven-week training program for investment advisors at a major bank
  • evaluating training and development initiatives and policies for a branch of the Canadian Armed Forces
  • conducting telephone surveys to assess results of a new performance management process at a major bank
