at four levels: confidence, skills, application and return on investment.

We ensure evaluation is based on business needs and program objectives.
We design an evaluation process, then develop and conduct surveys, focus
groups and interviews to gather both quantitative and qualitative information.
We analyze results, separating the impact of training from other influences
in the work environment. And we produce clear, concise reports with
realistic recommendations.
