Facilitation


Facilitators create a participatory group environment where people can identify and solve problems, plan together, make collaborate decisions, resolve their own conflicts, troubleshoot and self-manage.

A facilitator enables the organization's teams, groups and meetings to be more productive. A facilitator from outside the organizations will see things from a different perspective and can ask the hard questions. Benchmark has helped senior management groups set corporate direction, departmental teams identify issues or opportunities, and project groups solve problems.
