Distance Learning
& e-Learning

Clients often use distance learning and e-learning to provide just-in-time
training, to reduce travel costs and minimize time away from work. At
Benchmark, we design training that simulates the classroom experience
via interactive satellite or the web. We also design self-paced programs
for delivery via paper or the web.

People learn best when they are activity involved in performing specific
tasks, so we design activities that are interactive and job-specific.
People learn more efficiently when they receive meaningful feedback,
so we provide frequent opportunities for learners to check their progress
and share their experiences with learning partners and coaches. Logically
sequenced learning units, user-friendly graphics, clear navigation and
step-by-step instructions help learners achieve their goals.
