Competency Profiling


At Benchmark, we focus on performance when we work with our clients to map competencies. We look at specific jobs, or groups of jobs. We work closely with subject matter experts to identify specific behaviours that lead to successful performance. We create easy-to-use assessment instruments that are integrated into the performance planning and review process. Our competency profiles help employees and their supervisors clarify expectations, assess performance, identify performance gaps, and plan for closing those gaps. We also work with the training team to identify performance gaps across the organization, and establish priorities for training.
