Process Improvement

As we work with clients to design job aids and training, we often discover
the optimum solution starts with improving current work processes.

We
work closely with our client to map current processes, identify how
effort is expanded and how value is added. We combine our external expertise
with the client's internal expertise to identify and map process improvements.

After
we work with the client to improve processes, the training requirement
is typically smaller - with bigger net impact. Instead of getting better
at a complex process, employees master a simpler process that delivers
the same - or superior - results.
